1. Description:
The hydraulic charging motor on the injection unite can rotate 180 degrees from its starting position, making it easier to replace the material tube.
Because of the powerful injection structure, the injection union is stabilized when the hydraulic motor is charging.
A slide table, also known as a revolving table, is a solution for increased safety and productivity.
Clamping time is reduced thanks to the original Platen Lift System design. It reduces the strain on the toggle, making it last longer.
In contrast to hydraulic clamping, our toggle clamping technique allows for high-speed and smooth clamping while also taking into account the needs of different molds.
High-pressure and high-speed injection are possible with a dual injection cylinder system.
